Red tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) is a edible fish that many people still favorite. Red tilapia production is currently being developed to increase aquaculture production. Red tilapia has advantages such as rapid growth, environmental tolerance and disease resistance. This study aims to determine the effect of suji leaf extract given to feed to increase the growth and survival rate of red tilapia. This study used a completely randomized design method (CRD) with four treatments and six replications. The treatments consisted of P0 (Pellets + without administering suji leaf extract), P1 (Pellets + 0.5% suji leaf extract), P2 (Pellets + 1% suji leaf extract), P3 (Pellets + 1.5% suji leaf extract). The results showed that suji leaf extract had an (P <0.05) on the growth of weight and length of red tilapia, but the same (P>0.05) for survival rates (SR). The highest absolute weight was found in the 1% treatment with a dose of 1g/100g suji leaf extract in feed of 6.91 grams and absolute length of 6.81 cm with the percentage of survival rate was 98.33%.. Based on the results obtained, the best dose of suji leaf extract (Dracaena agustifolia) is 1g/100g feed.en_US
