dc.description.abstractNon-Communicable Disease (NCD) are chronic diseases that are not transmitted from person to person.NCD is the main cause of death gobally up to 70 percent. Indonesian government strategy to manage PTM is to form Posbindu (Integrated Development Posts) PTM in residential areas in villages/sub-districts or other public facilities such as schools, workplaces, places of worship, markets, terminals, and so on. The achievements of Posbindu PTM in Indonesia for villages in 2018 amounted to 43.92 percent. The achievements of Posbindu PTM in Medan City 2020 is up to 15 percent. This research aims to analyze correlation of knowledge, support from community leaders, cadre support, family support and support for facilities and community needs with the participation of non-working mothers in the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Medan. The research uses a quantitative research type using survey methods and employs a cross-sectional design. The total population is 21.485 people with a total sampel of 100 people using a stratified random sampling. The data are analyzed with spearman rank correlation analysis. The research results show participation of non-working mothers in the utilization of Posbindu PTM is categorized as low. The variable of knowledge (p=0,000), support from cadres (p=0,017), support from facilities (p=0,012) have correlation with the participation of non-working mothers in the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Medan. The variable of support from community leaders (p=0,061), family support (p=0,119), and community needs (p=0,635) have no correlation with the participation of non-working mothers in the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Medan. The participation of non-working mothers in the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Medan can be increased by increasing the knowledge of respondents, conducting atmosphere building, optimizing the role of cadres, and improving facilities that support Posbindu PTM activities.en_US
