dc.description.abstract | Human resources are a factor that plays a major role in maintaining the
sustainability of a company. For this reason, companies need to optimize support
for employees so that employees have the perception that the company has
appreciated their contribution so that it has a good impact on the development
and implementation of the company's employee performance.
This research was conducted to know the effect of perceived organizational
support on the performance of Tirta Terubuk employees, Bengkalis Regency, to
determine the effect of interpersonal communication on the performance of Tirta
Terubuk employees, Bengkalis Regency, and to determine the effect of perceived
organizational support and interpersonal communication on the performance of
Tirta Terubuk employees, Bengkalis Regency.
The form of research used is a quantitative method. The population in this
study were employees of Perumda Tirta Terubuk, Bengkalis Regency. Sampling
was carried out using a saturated sample technique so that the sample in this
study were employees of Perumda Tirta Terubuk, Bengkalis Regency, totaling 84
people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analytical
method used is a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test,
heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and
determination test and processed through SPSS software.
The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has
a partial effect on Employee Performance, the tcount is 3.220> 1.6779 with a sig
level of 0.039 <0.05 and a positive regression coefficient value of 0.075.
Interpersonal Communication has a partial effect on Employee Performance with
a tcount value of 2.823> 1.6779 with a sig level of 0.015 <0.05 and a positive
regression coefficient value of 0.190. In the simultaneous testing of Perceived
Organizational Support and Interpersonal Communication, they simultaneously
influence employee performance variables by 65% while the remaining 35% are
influenced by other factors. | en_US |
