dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the supply chain
and risk agent dirty colour of salt of iodized salt at UD JJangkar Waja in Rumah Potong Hewan street MABAR,
Medan Deli North Sumatera. The object of this research was conducted at UD JJangkar Waja, Medan Deli district with the company's internal parties totaling 2 people as informants (samples). Data collection was done by interviewing and
conducting library research. This study uses primary data and secondary data using
the House Of Risk (HOR) method. Based on the research conducted, it can be
concluded that the s upply chain management of iodized salt at UD JJangkar Waja is
not optimal because there are still risk factors that will become risk events and have
an impact on supply chain performance. Risk events can be minimized or
eliminated by anticipating priority risk causes with various suggested preventive
