    Studi Simulasi Aliran Uap melalui Sudu pada Turbin Uap Satu Tingkat Dua Baris dengan Sudu Pengarah Berpenampang Lingkaran Penuh menggunakan Ansys

    Abstract
    Steam turbines are an important component in steam power generation systems. Steam turbines get tempered and high-pressure steam energy that expands through the turbine spoon, so it is necessary to do steam flow analysis against the steam turbine spoon with a circuit-crossed conductor spoon full of simulation methods. This simulation is used to get the distribution of speed, pressure, and temperature on the spoon. In this simulation, the turbine used is a one-tier steam turbine with two lines. The researchers performed the simulation using the Fluent CFD simulation application. The simulation used two types of steam: superheated and saturated steam. Simulation results of the speed distribution of superheating and saturating steam were averaged at 88.29 m/s and 81.79 m/s in the outlet area. The pressure distribution simulation results on the simulation of superhigh and saturate steam produced a pressure of 3.4 bar and 3.3 bar. And simulation result of the temperature distribution in superheat and saturation steam with an average output of 423.3 K and 419.3 K. In theoretical calculations, the distribution velocity of Superheated & saturated steam was obtained at 143.9 m /s and 137.7 m/ s. The average speed distraction values used simulation is smaller than in theoretic calculations. It could be due to aerodynamic losses, like shock losses. The percentage of errors from simulations and theoretical calculations on the speed distribution of superheated and saturated vapour, were 38.64% and 40.61%.
