Analisis Tegangan Flashover dan Arus Bocor akibat Polutan Lumut Bryum Sp pada Isolator Polimer 20 Kv
Abstract
Polymer insulator are a type of insulator that has good reliability compared to other conventional insulators. In this study, several tests will be carried out to determine the effect of Bryum sp. moss on flashover voltage and leakage current. The sample used in this research is a polymer insulator. The stages of this research start with preparing all the tools and supporting materials, and then lubrication will be carried out on polymer insulators for 500 hours and 1000 hours. Based on the test results, the flashover voltage of 48 kV was obtained at 500 hours of lubrication and the flashover voltage of 41.7 kV at 1000 hours of lubrication. The flashover voltage value will decrease along with the increase in moss and the longer lubrication period. In wet conditions, the leakage current value is in the range of 68.4 μA ~ 71.7 μA, and in dry conditions, the leakage current value is in the range of 11.3 μA ~ 12.6 μA. The value of leakage current in wet conditions is higher than in the leakage current experiment on dry-condition insulators. In polluted insulator conditions, the leakage current at 70% RH humidity is in the range of 16.9 μA–17.1 μA at 500 hours of lubrication. And in the range of 17.9 μA to 18.3 μA at 1000 hours of lubrication. At 80% RH humidity, the bcor current is in the range of 18.6 μA–18.9 μA at a lubrication time of 500 hours. And in the range of 19.9 μA to 20.2 μA at 1000 hours of lubrication. At 90% RH humidity, the bcor current is in the range of 21.8μA–22.2μA at 500 hours of lubrication. And in the range of 23.7μA–24.1μA at 1000 hours of lubrication
