The development of epoxy resin insulators is increasing because they have better electrical properties than glass and ceramic insulators. However, there are still weaknesses of this epoxy resin insulator such as the tendency to crack or break and the cost of manufacturing which is quite expensive. One way to improve the quality of insulators while reducing the cost of making insulators is by adding fillers to insulator materials, such as silicone rubber, rice husk ash and straw ash. This study examines the electrical characteristics of insulators, namely dielectric strength and mechanical characteristics, namely compressive strength, and tensile strength. The resin materials used are epoxy resin A as a base material and epoxy resin B as a hardener. The result The highest dielectric strength value in the S1 test sample is 82.133kV/cm and the lowest in the S9 sample with a value of 40.133 kV/cm. The highest compressive strength value in sample S4 with a value of 16 Mpa and the lowest S1 sample with a value of 1.6 Mpa, and the highest tensile strength in sample S2 with a value of 5.23 Mpa and the lowest value in sample S1 with a value of 0.50 Mpa
