Revitalization of the land use management through gradual conversion, cause-related primary focus on the interaction between distance, time and uncertainty. This as- pect is particularly relevant because most decisions are made in the field of natural resources and sustainable development is a decision that can not be changed (ir- reversible). In particular, this dissertation discusses the scenario of multi-stage stochastic programs are solved with portfolio management to determine the optimal land use revitalization. As a case study selected land located in the city of Banda Aceh. Solution is obtained by applying spatial data mining to analyze spatial geo- graphic data map zone land values and land conversion for the usual 434 planned by the Tata Kota change based on conversion for each designated land and produced the model designation of vacant land that is land undeveloped spread to 11 (eleven) designated areas of land to develop a model which includes the uncertainty of the land market, completing the program with a stochastic scenario.en_US
