| dc.description.abstract | The junction of banki.ng institution intermediary, in this case, Bank Rakyat Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk, Pematangsiantar, is realized in giving credit facility to Micro, Small, and
Medium aBusinesses, with KPHSK (Card Holder of Stall Rental Right) as the collateral.
KPHSK as rental rights according to law of property and individual law in Indonesia
with the opinions of experts through legal theory was analyzed in this research. The analysis
was also concerned with how the Bank can guarantee rental rights as the credit collateral and
whether the KPHSK could guarantee legal certainty in credit contract. The analysis was also
concerned with the legal protection given to creditor as the giver of credit facility if there is
