This research aims to determine the impact of work-life balance toward job satisfaction among employees of PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda. Quantitative method is used as the design of this study with accidental sampling as the sampling method. The sample size for this study is 95 individuals. Data collection is conducted using a Likert scale comprising job satisfaction and work-life balance scales. Simple linear regression analysis is employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of this research indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction for 42.1%, while the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other factors not explored in this study. This suggests that the more balanced an individual's work-life balance is, the higher their job satisfaction tends to be.en_US
