Abstract

This research to examine the effect of accounting information systems, organizational culture, and the quality of human resources on the effectiveness of MSME sales in Medan City. This type of research is associative research and quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 90 people and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system has a positive and significant influence on the sales effectiveness of MSMEs in Medan City. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the sales effectiveness of MSMEs in Medan City. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant influence on the sales effectiveness of MSMEs in Medan City
