    Perencanaan Pondasi Setapak Gabungan dan Pondasi Rakit Sederhana pada Proyek Orangutan Haven Sumut

    Abstract
    Ouh Restaurant is a restaurant with a one-story bamboo structure located within the Orangutan Haven conservation area. Access road to the restaurant is only by a hilly footpath, so the choice of foundation must also consider the method of implementing the foundation. The aim of this research is to plan the dimensions, reinforcement of combined footing foundations and simple rafts foundation based on SNI 2847-2019. This research uses conventional methods, Meyerhoff's soil bearing capacity theory based on sondir results and uses numerical methods with the help of MIDAS software for the Orangutan Haven project in the Deli Serdang Regency area. In this research, conventional calculations will be carried out and the results of the MIDAS program design will be displayed. The results of the conventional and MIDAS designs will be compared and then the most optimal design will be used to draw the reinforcement for the foundation of the Ouh restaurant. Based on research, it was found that the dimensions of the combined footing foundation were 1500x1000x300 mm. The reinforcement used for combined footing foundations based on considerations from the results of conventional analysis and the MIDAS program is 6 D10, for the longitudinal and shortening directions at the bottom of the combined footing foundation. Meanwhile, the dimensions of the simple raft foundation obtained are 1050x1050x300 mm. The reinforcement used based on the results of considerations from conventional analysis and the MIDAS program is 6 D10, for the longitudinal and shortening directions at the top and bottom of the simple raft foundation. From the research results, it was found that the combined footing foundation reinforcement using conventional methods was more efficient than using the MIDAS program. Meanwhile, in simple raft foundations, the reinforcement designed using the MIDAS program is more efficient than using conventional methods.
