Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Gout Arthritis dengan Terapi Pijat Kaki di Kelurahan Medan Sunggal

Abstract

Gout in the medical world is called gout or gout (arthritis gout) is a joint disease caused by high uric acid in the blood. Uric Acid Is The Result Of Normal Metabolism From The Digestion Of Protein Or From The Decomposition Of Purines Compounds That Should Be Removed Through The Kidneys, Faeces, Or Sweat. The purpose of this senior practicum is to improve students' ability to apply the knowledge they have acquired during the educational process and to be able to apply it to gout arthritis sufferers in Medan Sunggal Village. This senior practicum was carried out starting on July 3 2023 and ending on July 30 2023, which was carried out for a patient with gout arthritis. Nursing care provided is in the form of health education and Foot Massage Therapy. The results obtained after being given the action have a good impact in helping patients relieve pain due to gout arthritis, the patient is also able to understand and repeat the material presented, and the patient and the patient's family are able to apply the therapy.
