    Abstract
Concrete has good quality if the concrete has a relatively high compressive strength value. Structural lightweight concrete is a mixture made with lightweight coarse aggregate. It is lighter than conventional concrete because the lightweight aggregate used will form a porous structure inside with a content weight of 1850 kg/m³ and a minimum compressive strength value of 17.24 MPa. In this study conducted to evaluate the utilization of Light Brick (LB) waste from PT. Bata Ringan Utama as a reuse material for full substitution of coarse aggregate and substitution of the use of Palm Oil Boiler Ash (POBA) obtained from PTPN III Palm Oil Mill (POM) in the KEK Sei Mangkei against fine aggregate on structural lightweight concrete. The variations of POBA substitution are 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% for fine agergat. The tests carried out were the weight of concrete contents, compressive strength of concrete and tensile strength of concrete with cylindrical test specimens diameter of 150 mm, height of 300 mm with a curring period of 28 days. From the test results of the weight value of the contents of concrete aged 28 days, variations in the substitution of Palm Oil Boiler Ash (POBA) 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%, namely 1820.18 kg / m³, 1813.89 kg / m³, 1796.28 kg / m³, 1785.58 kg / m³ and concrete compressive strength test values of 19.45 MPa, 18.72 MPa, 17.35 MPa and 16.01 MPa and concrete tensile strength values of 0.97 MPa, 0.93 MPa, 0.79 MPa, and 0.64 MPa. The lowest fill weight value at 15% variation and the highest at 0% variation, as well as the highest compressive strength value at normal concrete variation and the lowest compressive strength value at 15% variation, which is as much, the highest tensile strength value at 0% variation and the lowest tensile strength value at POBA 15% substitution.
