Pengelolaan Dana Desa dalam Upaya Pemerintahan Desa Meningkatkan Pembangunan di Desa Sibaganding Kecamatan Garoga Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Tahun 2023

Abstract

Management of the Village Fund Budget cannot be separated from the responsibility of the village government, which requires effort in managing it so that it is managed well in accordance with the desired goals. This research aims to explain Village Fund Management in 2023 and to determine the efforts made by the village government in managing the Sibaganding village fund budget. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation studies that are relevant to this research topic. The results of this research show that the Village Fund Budget Management in the initial planning process is carried out with the Village Development Plan Deliberation (MusrenbangDes), and the final process will be reported in the form of a Village Accountability Report which will be submitted to the Inspectorate, Prosecutor's Office and the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). The efforts made by the Sibaganding village government to increase its development are the results of the Musrenbangdes which have been implemented, namely physical development and community empowerment. This physical development takes the form of road and drainage construction. And community empowerment in the form of training, education, health and providing direct cash assistance (BLT) to the community.
