This research aims to analyze the influence of inflation, interest rates, profitability, liquidity, and leverage on systematic risk in stock investments in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2021. The study is conducted using historical financial data from banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and employs a panel data regression analysis model. The research findings indicate that inflation significantly influences systematic risk in stock investments in banking companies. Furthermore, interest rates also have a significant impact on systematic risk. However, profitability, liquidity, and leverage do not significantly affect the systematic risk of banking company stocks. These findings have important implications for investors, portfolio managers, and market regulators. When making investment decisions, investors need to consider macroeconomic factors such as inflation and interest rates because these factors can significantly impact systematic risk in banking stock portfolios. Additionally, banking managers need to closely monitor these factors to better manage their investment risk. Market regulators can also use these findings as a basis to develop policies that support stock market stability.
