Pengaruh Risiko Bisnis, Modal Kerja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Rasio Cakupan Bunga terhadap Rentabilitas (Analisis Data Panel pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of business risk, working capital, sales growth, and interest coverage ratio on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is causal associative and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sample in this study amounted to 43 companies. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, panel data regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially, business risk has a positive and significant effect on profitability, working capital has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability, and sales growth and interest coverage ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018- 2022. This study proves that simultaneously, business risk, working capital, sales growth, and interest coverage ratio on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022.
