dc.description.abstractKalimantan still has abundant natural resource potential. One of the plants that is widely used as an alternative medicine by the people of Kalimantan is dayak onion (Eleutheine palmifolia (L.) Merr.). This research aims to determine and study the morphological characteristics of dayak onion plants grown in deli serdang district. The research was conducted at Jl Glugur, Rampah 2 Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study uses a group randomized design with one factor with two levels, namely dayak onion plant 1, plant and dayak onion 2. The observed characters are morphological characters of dayak onion plants which include plant height, number of leaves, and bulb weight. Based on the results of the T test, it states that plant height, leaf length, and bulb weight of dayak onion plants that have adapted (V2) better than plants introduced from Kalimantan (V1).en_US
