Analisis Risiko Ergonomi pada Pekerja Konstruksi dengan Metode Reba (Studi Kasus: Pembangunan Weigo Houseware)
Abstract
The increasing development of construction projects from time to time, the increasing number of construction service companies including in Indonesia. Construction is a job with a high level of risk of accidents and work that mobilizes large forces and many work processes are carried out manually, including the work of making floor slab and column formwork, pulling and lifting iron, tying reinforcement, and casting. The work is carried out with unnatural postures such as bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling, which can cause health problems and musculoskeletal system disorders due to unergonomic work methods. From these problems, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of risk that exists and taking control measures to minimize the high level of risk.
The method used in this research is the Rapid Entire Assesment (REBA) method to obtain the value of ergonomic risk levels in construction worker activities.
The results of the study found that the work of floor slab formwork, binding between reinforcements, casting floor slabs and columns, and lifting iron, the ergonomic risk level value obtained is 10 (High) which requires immediate action. While in the work of pulling iron, installing column reinforcement, and column formwork, the ergonomic risk level value obtained is 11 (Very High) which requires immediate action.
To reduce or minimize the value of the high ergonomic risk level, it is necessary to take control measures, namely by stretching the muscles between work and rest time to prevent muscle tension and it is hoped that the awareness of the workers themselves and for work carrying heavy loads should be carried out by 2 people or reduce the load carried and job rotation
