O in 2020 reported that around ± 10 million global deaths were caused by air pollution. The increase in population in Medan City has resulted in an increase in the need for public facilities, one of the public facilities that has an important role is transportation facilities. Carbon Monoxide (CO) is also a dangerous pollutant, so it is referred to as "Silent Killer” because it is in high concentrations can cause death. This study aims to obtain the level of carbon monoxide (CO) air pollution from prediction modeling results at Jalan Dr. Mansour. The purpose of this study is to provide research results to related parties in an effort to improve air quality management in Medan City. The model used is a micro-scale prediction model. Sampling is carried out to measure CO concentrations on weekdays and weekends. Sampling was carried out at 7 (points) in the east and west directions each sampling day, measurements were carried out 3 times to represent peak hour conditions in the morning, afternoon and evening. The field data needed in this study are: CO concentration using the Wholer CM 220, number of vehicles, wind speed, and sun intensity. The results of the study showed that the highest concentration of direct measurements on weekdays was at 3 points, namely: in front of the Selayang Swimming Pool, in front of the Dr. gas station. Mansyur, and in front of door 1 USU at 9 PPM or 10286 μg/m3, occurred in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the highest concentration of direct measurements on weekends is at point 3 in the Selayang Swimming Pool, at 9 PPM or 10,286 μg/m3 in the afternoon. The highest concentration of Micro-Scale Air Prediction modeling on weekday at point 7, namely in front of door 1 of the USU campus in the afternoon of 10204 μg/m3, followed by point 4 of 8695 μg/m3 The highest concentration of modeling is on weekends at points 3 and 4, namely at the Selayang Swimming Pool, Pertamina Dr. gas station. Mansyurs of 8185 μg/m3.en_US
