Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan Resiko Diabetes dan Gouth Atritis dengan Metode Scrining Kepada Wanita Usia Subur di Kecamatan Medan Selayang

Abstract

Degenerative diseases have long been a separate segmentation problem for every country around the world. One of the degenerative diseases that often appear in Indonesian society is diabetes mellitus and gouth arthritis. This senior practicum is carried out by conducting an assessment with the number of respondents. This is because many people do not know about the dangers of degenerative diseases and there is still a low level of public awareness to have their health checked. The purpose of this senior practicum is to apply the theories and concepts of nursing care at risk of diabetes and gouth arthritis with screening methods for women of childbearing age in Medan Selayang District. From the results of examining glucose and uric acid levels for 6 respondents, there were 3 respondents who were categorized as being at risk for disease because the examination numbers were close to high. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education to prevent an increase in degenerative diseases such as diabetes and gouth arthritis. After education, it is found that the client's knowledge has increased. It is recommended for clients to routinely check their health in an effort to prevent Diabetes and Gouth arthritis.
