Pengaruh Kecanggihan Teknologi Informasi, Kemampuan Personal, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan, Serta Pemanfaatan Teknologi terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Studi pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik USU)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Information Technology Advancement, Personal Skills, Training and Education, and Technology Utilization on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems (A Study at theFaculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra). The datain this research is primary data obtained through the direct distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The respondents are employees working at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. Based on the research findings, it shows that Information Technology Advancement, Personal Skills, Training and Education, and Technology Utilization have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of accounting information systems at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra. This is concluded based on the results of simultaneous significance testing (F-test) with an obtained F-value of 38.89 > F-table 2.49 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Furthermore, based on the coefficient of determination (R2), the researcher obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.839, which means that in this study, Information Technology Advancement, Personal Skills, Training and Education, and Technology Utilization contribute 83.9% to the effectiveness of the accounting information system
