Mustard greens are one of the many leafy vegetable varieties that are quite popular among people due to their richness in vitamins and minerals. High pest infestation is one of the main challenges in cultivating mustard greens. Continuous use of chemical pesticides can have negative impacts on soil health and leave residues on plants that may pose potential risks to human consumers. Hence, the concept of "back to nature" emerged, with Biosaka Elicitor being one of the solutions. The aim of this research is to test the effectiveness of Biosaka Elicitor against plant pests and determine the optimal dosage for mustard greens. This study was conducted in Bawang Village, Dolok Silau District, Simalungun Regency, from July until September 2023. The research utilized a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 5 replications with treatments without the application of Biosaka Elicitor and application of Biosaka Elicitor with doses of 0.3 ml/L, 0.6 ml/L, and 1 ml/L, respectively. The research results showed that the application of Biosaka Elicitor had no significant effect on the percentage of pest attacks, biomass weight per sample, or wet root weight in greens mustard plants. Increasing the dose of Biosaka Elicitor also had an insignificant effect on the growth and yield of mustard greens.
