Pengaruh Partisipasi Pemakai, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Pemakai, Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Komunikasi dan Dukungan Manajemen Puncak terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Bank Mandiri Gatot Subroto Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of technology utilization, top management support, users, management participation, and training on the effectiveness of information systems at Bank Mandiri Kcp Gatot Subroto Medan simultaneously or partially. The research approach is quantitative. The population in this study are employees who use accounting information systems at PT. Bank Mandiri KCP Gatoto Subroto in Medan. The sampling method used the saturated sampling method. The number of questionnaires distributed is 55 questionnaires and 50 questionnaires can be used. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis tool uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program.The results of this study indicate that (1) User Participation has a significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. (2) User Training and Education has no significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. (3) Information Technology has a significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. (4) Communication has a significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. (5) Top Management Support has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the accounting information system. (6) User participation, training and education, information technology, communication, and top management support together or have a significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems.
