Its population is made up of actors of tlte handicraft businesses fostered by the Agency of C()(}peralives. SME, Jnd11st,y and Trade of _Medan, with a total of 95 re.tpondems. The sampling method applied is total sampling technique or SC1t11ratio11 samplmg. The da1a analysis it made by means of PLS-SEM using SmartPLS program. The results of this resea,-cl1 demonstrate. that, directly, entrepreneurship competency has positive and significant effects 011 performance, entrepreneurship compe.te11cy has positive and signifimnt effe<-1s 011 competitive advafllage. entrepreneurship orientation has positive and significant effects of petformance, e11trepre.11eurship orientation haspositive Ctnd significant effects on competitive advantage, information technology utiliza1ion has positive and sfg11ificc,111 effects on performance. informatio11 technology utilization has positive and sig11ifica11t effect. 011 competitive advantage, and compelitive advantage has positive a11d sig11ifica11t effects 011 pe,for1110.11ce.
