    Abstract
    Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder disease with blood sugar levels that exceed normal limits. Diabetes Mellitus is always characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels which has a decrease in the ability to respond to insulin or there is a decrease in insulin formation by the pancreas. Complications that often occur in diabetes mellitus patients are diabetic neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy is one of the most common complications in diabetes mellitus, there are 50% of diabetes mellitus sufferers who experience diabetic neuropathy. Efforts made to overcome Diabetes Melitis include pharmacology and nonpharmacology. Currently , non-pharmacological treatments are also in great demand by the public because they are very easy to practice, do not cost too much and do not cause harmful side effects. One of the non-pharmacological therapies for diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot exercises. From the results of the study, 5 patients with Diabetes Mellitus were taken to do diabetic foot exercises as a nonpharmacological treatment. Of the 5 client complaints such as numbness, weakness, dizziness, lack of appetite to KGD above normal who have done diabetic foot gymnastics, complaints have been reduced and this is done every morning as a physical exercise also to prevent neuropathy. The purpose of this senior practice is to apply nursing theories and concepts in managing and providing nursing care to patients with diabetes mellitus, by providing therapy, namely diabates foot exercises. The results obtained after the intervention, the body becomes further relaxed than before because in addition to training the muscles can also prevent diabetic wounds.
