    Abstract
Hypercholesterolemia is a condition where the amount of blood cholesterol exceeds normal limits and often occurs with an improper diet and eating foods high in fat. Normal cholesterol levels in the blood are <200 mg/dl. Based on data from the World Health Organization, the percentage of hypercholesterolemia in women is 13.4% and 11.4% in men. The way to deal with excess cholesterol in the blood can be done by means of pharmacology and non-pharmacology. One of the non-pharmacological ways to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood is by using ergonomic exercises. Ergonomic exercise can be used to reduce excess cholesterol levels in the body as an anti-cholesterol agent because it can bind bile acids which are the end result of cholesterol metabolism. .. In carrying out this senior practicum, nurses carry out nursing care for hypercholesterolemic clients with non-pharmacological management, namely Ergonomic Gymnastics interventions which aim to reduce the client's cholesterol levels. Nursing care was carried out for 3 weeks starting from 03 July - 28 July 2023 for three patients with hypercholesterolemia with the main complaint of weakness and aches. The results of the implementation showed that from 3 patients, the results showed reduced weakness and aches after 3 days of Ergonomic Exercises accompanied by patients starting to reduce consumption of foods that contain fat and high cholesterol.
