This study aimed to investigate the procurement management of library collections at Santo Thomas University in Medan. The library research method was employed in this study. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the library implements four management functions: planning, organization, direction, and supervision. Meanwhile, in terms of procurement systems, the library obtains the collection from purchases, donations/gifts, and self-publishing. In the last three years, the library collection procurement and inventory levels have increased from 16 copies in 2021, 687 copies in 2022, to 478 copies in 2023.en_US
