Analisis Proses Bisnis Modul Accounting dan Finance Menggunakan Odoo Berbasis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada PT. Se’i Sapi Kana dalam Proyek PT. CTECH ERP Indonesia

Abstract

Information systems technology exists to make it easier for companies to manage company information resources. One of the widely used information system technologies is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with this ERP information system it will certainly make it easier for companies to manage company information resources, and can even be used to develop company business strategies, especially business process strategies in certain departments. There are so many applications or software of this ERP information system, one of which is Odoo. Odoo is an open source business application software that covers all company needs. This research aims to analyse in determining the business processes of the accounting division, as well as analysing the design and implementation of business processes using Odoo software. The object of this research is PT Se'i Sapi Kana which is engaged in retail restaurants or restaurants. The results of this study found that using Enterprise Resource Planning information system technology using Odoo can minimise the occurrence of errors in processing company information resources, especially in the accounting division related to company financial data. In addition, the implementation of Odoo can also be done in an integrated manner which can certainly minimise work time, and make it easier for companies to manage company financial information data.
