Analisis Pengaruh Financial Knowledge, Financial Skills, Financial Attitude, dan Financial Self-Control Terhadap Financial Behavior Pelaku UMKM Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dengan Financial Literacy Sebagai Variabel Moderating

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial skills, financial attitude and financial self-control on the financial behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 pandemic with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The population in this study was 1,603 MSME units. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling and determined the minimum sample size using the Slovin formula to obtain 150 respondent data to be studied. The type of data used is primary data and the data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire technique. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and moderating regression analysis (MRA), as well as hypothesis testing with coefficient of determination, simultaneous testing, and partial testing. The data obtained and collected was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 application. The research results showed that financial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of Medan City MSMEs. Financial skills have no effect on the financial behavior of Medan City MSME actors. Financial attitude has no effect on the financial behavior of Medan City MSME actors. Financial self-control has no effect on the financial behavior of Medan City MSMEs. Financial literacy cannot moderate the influence of financial attitude on the financial behavior of Medan City MSME actors.
