Pra Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Bio Oil dari Jerami Padi Melalui Proses Pirolisis Cepat dengan Kapasitas 3000 Ton/Tahun

Abstract

The pre-designed bio oil manufacturing plant from rice straw through a fast pyrolysis process has a production capacity of 3000 tons / year and operates for 330 daysin one year. The main process in the predesign of the bio oil manufacturing plant consists of three stages, namely raw material preparation, pyrolysis and adsorption. In the pyrolysis process using fast pyrolysis with a temperature of 500°C. The factory location is planned to be in Sugio District, Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. Bio oil is an environmentally friendly liquid fuel made from biomass such as rice straw and can be an alternative to petroleum fuel. The results of the economic analysison the design of the bio oil manufacturing plant from rice straw are as follows: 1. Profit margin : 28,07% 2. Break Even Point : 47,41% 3. Return On Investment : 27,36% 4. Pay Out Time : 3,7 Tahun 5. Return On Network : 45,61% 6. Internal Rate Of Return: 22,25 % xiv Based on the results of economic analysis, it can be concluded that the plant for making bio oil from rice straw through this rapid pyrolysis process is feasible to establish.
