Persoalan Konsensus dalam Keputusan Kelompok

Abstract

Group decision-making has become part of daily organizational life. Many people spend their workdays attending meetings aiming only to communicate, but some are involved to joint make some type of decision. The decision-making problems basically consists of finding the best options of from a feasible options set. This research is developing a consensus model for group decision making based on the concept of social network. And the research also developed a multi-criteria model for this problem. As well as the degree of consensus can be found to indicate the extent how far a group of individuals is from the maximum consensus.
