dc.description.abstract | This research is entitled “Application of Komunitas Narasi Sumut Organizational Culture in Realizing Works Programs. The purpose of this research is to find out how organizational culture is applied in this community. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were in-depth inteviews and documentation. There were five informants in this study, namely four administrators of Komunitas Narasi Sumut as the main informants and one informant who was the member of Komunitas Narasi Sumut as the additional informants. The results of this study show that the Komunitas Narasi Sumut is included in the type of Integrative Culture organization where the attention to people and attention to performance this community are both very high. The obstacle experienced by Komunitas Narasi Sumut in carrying out the activity program is time constraints. | en_US |
