Pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat, Kemudahan, Fitur Layanan, Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Online Food Delivery pada Karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived benefits, convenience, service features and trust on the interest in using online food delivery among PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan employees. This type of research is causal associative using primary data types. The population in this study were employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, with a total sample of 177 respondents. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from observation and distribution of questionnaires in the company to employees. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression model analysis using data quality tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing in the form of a coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that the variables perceived benefits, convenience, service features and trust have a significant positive effect on the interest in using online food delivery among employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan.
