Evaluasi Perpustakaan Menggunakan Standar Nasional Perpustakaan Nomor 12 Tahun 2017 pada Sekolah MAN 1 Deli Serdang

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the library services using the National Library Standard Number 12 of 2017 at MAN 1 Deli Serdang. This study employed descriptive research. The population of this study was all users of the MAN 1 Deli Serdang library. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling using Arikunto's formula, and the total sample was 56 people. The data collection was using a questionnaire distributed directly at the research location. The results of this study indicate that 1) the average percentage of respondents' answers on library collection standards is 80%, 2) the average percentage of respondents' answers on Library Facilities and Infrastructure Standards is 71%, 3) the average percentage of respondents' answers on Library Service Standards is 88%, 4) the average percentage of respondents' answers on Library Staff Standards is 86%, 5) the average percentage of respondents' answers on Library Organization Standards is 89%, 6) the average percentage of respondents' answers on Library Management Standards is 73% and 7) the average percentage of respondents' answers to the Information and Communication Technology Standard is 81%. Based on the results of the average percentage of respondents' answers, it can be concluded that the average achievement of the library using National Library Standard Number 12 of 2017 at MAN 1 Deli Serdang School is 81%.
