    Abstract
The design of current and voltage monitoring system based on IoT application on PLC power supply has been successfully designed by using Voltage sensor, ACS712 Current sensor, Arduino Uno, NodeMCU8266 and Blynk application. This tool is designed to monitor DC current and voltage which will give a warning in the form of an alarm on the buzzer and notification on the Blynk application to the user if the incoming current is less than 50mA and the incoming voltage is less than 20V DC. With the output in the form of current and voltage, the blynk application will display the power entering the device. Testing is done by reading the current and voltage on the NTC thermistor which serves to protect the PLC if there is an abnormal current surge. Testing is done by adding resistance to the thermistor by 100Ω so that the overall resistance is 147Ω, where the test results show that the temperature detected by the NTC thermistor affects the voltage read. The temperature in the thermistor test is carried out with a range of 30 ° C -100 ° C. At a temperature of 74 ° C the alarm will sound and notification will be sent to the blynk application because the voltage read is 19.98V. The test results of the NTC thermistor show that the higher the temperature that hits the thermistor, the lower the voltage will be. Thus, if there is a surge in current, the temperature will increase and the voltage will decrease which will cause the NTC to be damaged, then the PLC stops operating and the PLC components will not be damaged.
