dc.description.abstractThis study aifns to examine the influence o.f the number of outstanding shares, company size, Internet Financial Reporting (!FR), the level of website infonnation disclosure, and closing stock prices on the trading frequency o.f 111anL1;facturing conipanies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2021. The research methodology e,nployed is quantitative with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results o_fthe study indicate that the number o.f outstanding shares, co,npany size, and the level o.l website infonnation disclosure have a significant impact on stock trading frequency. while JFR and closing stock prices do not exhibit sign(ficant influence. The implications o.f this research en1phasize that companies in the consumer goods sector should consider these.factors to enhance the frequency o.f stock trading in the Indonesian stock market.en_US
