    Abstract
An Internet of Things (IoT)-based hydrogen gas volume and flow monitoring system has been successfully designed. Hydrogen gas has an important role as one of the renewable energies, so it is necessary to have a security system to prevent leakage or excessive accumulation by monitoring the total volume of hydrogen gas in a tube that can be used by industry. This tool is designed to find out how much volume of hydrogen gas is produced from the electrolysis process and can monitor the volume of gas when it is less or has filled a tube where hydrogen gas is stored. This tool is designed using BMP180 sensor, MQ-8 sensor, relay, battery, solenoid, buzzer, LED, Arduino Uno and Nodemcu. The BMP180 sensor is used to measure the pressure and temperature of hydrogen gas, while the MQ-8 sensor is used to calculate the concentration of hydrogen gas which will be converted into a gas mole value. The measurement results from the sensor will be monitored on the Blynk application and the data is recorded by Google Sheets. The results show that the minimum hydrogen gas pressure is 100529 Pa and the maximum is 100612 Pa, with a minimum temperature of 304.40 K and a maximum of 309.10 K. The volume of hydrogen gas is declared full when the pressure has reached 100600 Pa and is declared less if the pressure has not reached 100600 Pa.
