This research aims to find out more deeply by examining whether there is an influence of learning facilities, peer association, and parental attention on the learning motivation of class XII Science students in learning English. This research was conducted using quantitative research. This study used a descriptive analytic approach with a cross-sectional study. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire results are the primary data for this research. The research results show (1) There is a coefficient value of 0.048, indicating that the influence of learning facilities makes a very low contribution to student learning motivation. (2) The results of calculating the coefficient value of 0.623 indicate that the influence of peer associations has a strong influence on student learning motivation. (3) The influence of parental attention on MAN 2 Medan IPA students' learning motivation provides a relatively lower contribution compared to other factors such as associations with peers with a coefficient value of 0.374.
