Pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Price Value dan Financial Literacy terhadap Penggunaan Fintech Payment (QRIS) pada UMKM Pajak USU (PAJUS)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) in MSMEs Pajak USU (PAJUS) using the UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) theory by adopting performance expectancy, effort expectancy, price value and financial literacy variables. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to MSME Pajak USU (PAJUS) who use QRIS as a means of payment in transactions. The population used in this study amounted to 520 MSMEs incorporated in Pajak USU (PAJUS) and the sample used was 226 MSMEs using purposive sampling method. The data was processed using Lisrel 8.80 software. The results showed that effort expectancy and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on the use of QRIS fintech payments in UMKM Pajak USU (PAJUS). Meanwhile, performance expectancy and price value do not have a significant effect on the use of fintech payment QRIS in MSMEs Pajak USU (PAJUS).
