Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Perceived Usefullness, User Competency dan Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Penguna Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada PEMKO Medan

Abstract

User satisfaction as an indicator of the success of an information system becomes very important if the information system has a mandatory nature. This research aims to determine the influence of system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, user competency and employee performance on user satisfaction of accounting information systems at the Medan City Government. This type of research is quantitative. The data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees at the Medan City Government. In this study, the saturated samples taken were all 91 employees who were users of the information system at the Medan City Government. This research uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique via SmartPLs software. The results of this research indicate that partially system quality, information quality, Perceived Usefulness, User Competency and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. Simultaneously system quality, information quality, Perceived Usefulness, User Competency and employee performance have an influence of 94.8% in predicting the Accounting Information System user satisfaction variable while the remaining 5.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
