    Abstract
    Background: Curcuma longa (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb) is one of the herbal plants that is widely used by the Indonesian people as traditional medicine. The main content of temulawak is curcuminoids which consists of three components namely curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and bisdemethoxycurcumin. Methods that can be used to determine curcumin levels, one of which is the one of them is, TLC-Densitometry. Objective: To determine the levels of curcumin contained in temulawak extracts and combination preparations temulawak extract, meniran extract meniran extract and cork fish extract cork fish extract. Method: Determination of standardized mother liquor, calibration curve, and curcumin content in temulawak extract and combination preparation temulawak extract meniran extract and cork fish extract by TLC-Densitometry method. Results: The test results from each extract obtained curcumin content curcumin content of temulawak extract is 6.39%, and from the combination preparation obtained levels of 0.94%. Conclusion: Extract samples temulawak extract samples and combination of temulawak extract meniran extract and cork fish extract cork fish extract contain curcumin
