Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru Perguruan Islam Terpadu Nurul’Azizi

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of Perguruan Islam Terpadu Nurul’Azizi’s teachers. This research used a quantitative research method. The subjects of this research were 60 teachers of Perguruan Islam Terpadu Nurul’Azizi. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale consisting of a work productivity scale and a work motivation scale. The analytical method in the research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on work productivity of Perguruan Islam Terpadu Nurul’Azizi’s teachers (sig = 0.000 < 0.05, F = 41.075 > 4.01, t = 6.049 > 2.0017). Work motivation has 41.5% effect on the work productivity of Perguruan Islam Terpadu Nurul’Azizi teachers. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the work motivation, the higher the work productivity of teachers Perguruan Islam Terpadu Nurul’Azizi.
