This research aims to see the influence of organizational culture and organizational climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Alfamart employees in Medan city. This research uses quantitative research methods involving 145 respondents as research samples. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. The data collection method uses a Likert scale consisting of the OCB scale, organizational culture scale and organizational climate scale. The analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Alfamart employees in Medan city (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05, t = 5.745 > 1.976811); (2) Organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Alfamart employees in Medan city (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05, t = 3.990 > 1.976811); (3) Organizational culture and organizational climate together have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Alfamart employees in Medan city. These two factors together contribute 66% to the OCB of Alfamart employees in Medan city (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05, F = 140.491 > 3.06, R Square = 0.664).
