dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between career maturity and future anxiety in class XI students of SMK X in Medan. This study uses quantitative research methods with incidental sampling technique. The sample of this research is class XI students of SMK X in Medan which amounted to 173 people. The data collection method uses a scale consisting of career maturity and future anxiety variables. The data analysis method used is Pearson's Product Moment method. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative relationship between career maturity and future anxiety in class XI students of SMK X in Medan, with the coefficient (r) of -0.150 with a significance value of 0.049. From these data, it can be interpreted that career maturity and future anxiety have an opposite relationship, namely the higher the value of career maturity, the lower the value of future anxiety. Conversely, the lower the career maturity value, the higher the future anxiety value.en_US
