The Strawberry Generation is a term from Taiwan which refers to a young generation aged 18-24 years. This term comes from the characteristics of the strawberry generation which is similar to strawberries which bruise easily when pressure is applied. Currently, the high demands of work are putting pressure on strawberry generation employees who are vulnerable to experiencing work stress. One important component in managing stress is resilience. Resilience is an individual's ability to handle and overcome stress or pressure to be able to adapt and develop the ability to bounce back after experiencing difficulties. This research aims to determine the relationship between resilience and work stress in strawberry generation employees. This research is a correlational quantitative research with a survey method involving 272 subjects. The data collection method uses a Likert scale consisting of a resilience and work stress scale. The results of the correlation coefficient test show a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient value of -0.279 (sufficient category). The results of this study prove that resilience has a significant negative correlation with work stress in strawberry generation employees.
