dc.description.abstract | “Strawberry generation" is a Taiwanese term used to describe young people who are soft like strawberries. The personality of the Strawberry generation presents new challenges for companies in dealing with them. This includes paying attention to the psychological well-being of employees, which requires leaders who can communicate and understand the issues they are experiencing. There is a leadership style that recognizes the importance of communication and trust between subordinates and leaders called humble leadership. Humble leadership is described as leaders who are humble, aware of their strengths, acknowledge their limitations, and serve as role models for their employees' learning. This study aims to determine the relationship between humble leadership and the psychological well-being of Strawberry generation employees. This research uses a correlational quantitative research design with a survey method involving 272 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted using a Google form questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is correlation coefficient analysis. Based on the statistical tests conducted, a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.415 were obtained. The results of this study prove that humble leadership has a significant positive relationship with the psychological well-being of Strawberry generation employees. | en_US |
