Pengaruh Literasi Digital Keuangan dan Efikasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Mahasiswa untuk Investasi di Bidang Pertanian

Abstract

Investing is increasingly popular among the younger generation thanks to advances in digital technology that make it easy to access. Investment success also depends on financial efficacy, namely the ability to manage finances and make investment decisions with confidence. Financial digital literacy is also important in dealing with the complexity of digital investment products. Even though the sector agriculture is often considered traditional, investment in this field has potential that has not been fully utilized. This study was aimed to examine the effect of financial digital literacy and financial efficacy on student investment behavior in agriculture at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. Through statistical analysis using SmartPLS, data on students involved in agricultural investment were analyzed. The results of the study show that financial digital literacy and financial efficacy have a significant effect on student investment behavior in agriculture. These findings provide insight into the factors that influence student investment decisions and encourage increased financial literacy and efficacy.
