Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Keamanan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Sarana Pendukung Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Individu Pegawai Bakri Sumatera Plantations

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of accounting information systems, the quality of accounting information systems, accounting information system security and accounting information systems supporting tools partially and simultaneously affect the performance of individual employees of Bakrie Sumatera Plantations. The research method used is associative research. This research was conducted in Bakrie Sumatera Plantations work unit. The time of this study was conducted for 1 (one month), starting from the spreading of the questionnaire to the collection of related questionnaires. Sample selection technique used is purposive sampling technique. With this technique, the research sample is 64 people. The type of data used in this study is the primary data obtained by the distribution of questionnaires to the sample research. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis done with the help of SPSS software. The results obtained in this study is the application of SIA, Quality SIA, and Security SIA partially significant effect on the performance of individual employees at Bakrie Sumatera Plantations company. Meanwhile SIA supporters do not have a significant effect on individual performance. Other results obtained in this study are simultaneously the application of SIA, the quality of SIA, SIA security and supporting facilities SIA significantly influence the performance of individual employees at the Bakrie Sumatera Plantations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, kualitas sistem informaasi akuntansi, keamanan sistem informasi akuntansi dan sarana pendukung sistem informasi akuntansi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja individu pegawai Bakrie Sumatera Plantations. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di unit kerja Bakrie Sumatera Plantations. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 (satu bulan), dimulai sejak penyebaran kuesioner hingga pengumpulan kembali kuesioner terkait. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Dengan teknik tersebut diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 64 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Penerapan SIA, Kualitas SIA, dan Keamanan SIA secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu pegawai pada perusahaan Bakrie Sumatera Plantations. Sementara itu Sarana pendukung SIA tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Hasil lainnya yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah secara simultan penerapan SIA, kualitas SIA, keamanan SIA dan sarana pendukung SIA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu pegawai pada perusahaan Bakrie Sumatera Plantations.
