dc.description.abstractEmployee performance is the achievement of results and the level of success of an individual in the workplace. Performance is considered good and successful if the desired objectives are met. Performance can be influenced by various factors in the company, including hard skills, soft skills, and work experience. This study aimed to measure the effect of hardskill on employee performance, how big is the effect softskill on employee performance, how big is the effect work experience on employee performance, and see the effect of hardskill, softskill, and work experience on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This research used quantitative research methods. The population in this research is PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong at Padang Brahrang Regency of Langkat the sample were 85. Sampling is carry out using probability sampling method. The method of using data used a questionnaire method which was measured using a Likert scale. The analysis method used in this research was instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The tests were carried out using Ms. Excel and SPSS ver 25. The results indicate that hardskill variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, softskill also have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while work experience have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and than hardskill, softskill, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a very close relationship between hardskill, softskill, and work experience with an R value of 0.982. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is also known that hardskill, softskill, and work experience variables contribute 96.4% to employee performance, while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by factors outside this study.en_US
